How long have you been in business?
We started caring for other's kitties around 2006 for family members and friends and then friends of friends and before we knew it - we were in the Luxury Kitty Hotel business with just a couple of suites and our secure outdoor Kitty Play Garden. Jerry and Nancy built the play garden to keep their own fur babies safe after Jerry's little princess came home one day needing immediate attention at the vet. 38 staples later and there was one feisty little Calico that wasn't going outside again. Except Cookie had other ideas. A week of scolding led to the idea of a completely enclosed garden where both our cats would be safe while still enjoying the outdoors. Add one custom built two-story kitty townhouse, a couple more suites ... then a few more, and the rest is on-going history.
What is your primary product or service?
We "board" cats only - at our custom designed All Suites Luxury Kitty Hotel. We provide a comprehensive list of additional "services" that other facilities charge extra for. With each custom built private room large enough for care givers to join our guests "ensuite", there is ample room for multi-cat families to claim a Space of their own and still feel cozy and, most importantly, secure. Our guests love "their" rooms and will take ownership of their special place here at the Inn. With ample room to roam and play outside their suites, our guests never feel cooped up as they take their turns in the playroom, garden, or on top of the fridge in the kitchen.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
However one would describe "condos" or "luxury accommodations", many of those "cat containers" are just glorified cages - or cages stacked on cages. Some of the larger boarding facilities are veritable kitty warehouses. Each of our Kitty Hotel Rooms have been custom designed with features that appeal to cats' natural instincts to observe while not being seen themselves. Whether it's the high ground up in one of our "catbird" houses or one of many levels between an upper shelf or a cave beneath a bench, our guests can observe the day to day comings and goings and activities of other guests through the many windows and glass doors in each suite. We never co-mingle kitties from different families and we give individualized attention to each and every one. We closely monitor input and output to ensure your loved one is healthy and happy. We can accommodate just about any kitty - from disabled or on life saving drugs, to exotic breeds that need that extra space to burn off some steam.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Snuggles Inn is integrated in our home - so expansion is not in the offing. And we enjoy the "Boutique" nature of our Inn as it affords us the ability to provide the individualized attention that we give our clients.

For people we are open from 8:00 to 7:00 during the week and 9:00 to 11:00 weekends.
We work very hard to be flexible in accommodating emergency situations and our cell phones are always on.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Snuggles Inn defines "Labor of Love". This is a business like no other that requires long hours and little down time. With that comes amazing joy and oft times heartache. To have a kitty flop in your lap or just let you hold them that doesn't ordinarily let folks interact with them that way is pretty rewarding. All of our guests become part of the extended family that is Snuggles Inn and we love them all as if they were our own. That anyone would drive three hours - one way - to entrust us with the well being of a family member needs no verbal compliment.
